Cork roofing firm goes into liquidation

Hern Roofing, based in Kilbarry, Co Cork, has gone into liquidation after 35 years of business.

A spokesman for SIPTU, which represents the 40 workers at the company, said workers had turned up this morning to find that there was no work for them.
