Rabbitte brands SF representatives 'ineffective'

Labour leader Pat Rabbitte has branded Sinn Féin's elected representatives "ineffective".

On the eve of his party's annual conference, Mr Rabbitte said he has tried to avoid the general debate about the rise in popularity of Sinn Féin.
