Two killed in Cork accidents

Two men have died in separate overnight road accidents in Co Cork.

A 54-year-old man died when the jeep he was driving left the road at Ballygiblin, Cecilstown, at around 11pm.

Meanwhile a 25-year-old man died when the car he was driving collided with another vehicle on the Mallow-Cork road at Rathduff around 20 minutes later.

Gardaí are withholding both men’s names until all next of kin are informed.
