Truck driver goes missing from Dublin-bound ferry

Coastguards in north Wales have mounted a search for a truck driver who went missing from a ferry travelling between Mostyn and Dublin overnight.

Three lifeboats and a helicopter are involved in the search.

P&O staff only noticed that the truck driver missing when he failed to pick up his vehicle at Dublin Port this morning.

He had left Mostyn at around 9pm last night on board the P&O Eastern Envoy ferry. The man’s identity and nationality are unknown.
