Four of the eight people killed on the roads this weekend have been named.

Eighteen-year-old Brian Geary was killed in a single-vehicle accident near Castlefin in Co Donegal early yesterday morning.

Twenty-one-year old Graham Walsh from Rosslare Strand was killed when his motorbike crashed in Rathdowney in Co Wexford at 11.40am yesterday.

At about 1am this morning, 27-year old Patrick Dowling and 29-year old David Fowler died when the car in which they were travelling crashed on the Blakestown Road, Mulhuddart in Dublin.
