The Irish National Organisation for the Unemployed has called on EU leaders meeting in Brussels today to live up to their commitment to boost job creation.

The main issues on the agenda for the two-day summit are terrorism and the proposed EU constitution.

The INOU has called on the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, who is chairing the talks, to ensure that social policy is also given the priority it deserves.
