SF urges parties to sign anti-racism election pledge

Sinn Féin has called on political parties on both sides of the border to sign an anti-racism pledge ahead of this year’s local and European elections.

Party spokesman Aengus O’Snodaigh said Sinn Féin would be signing the pledge this Sunday to mark International Day Against Racism.

Mr O’Snodaigh said Sinn Féin was determined that race did not become an issue in the June elections.
