Terrorist's son faces jail for supplying heroin
The son of Ulster terrorist Johnny “Mad Dog” Adair was due to be sentenced today for serious drugs offences.
Jonathan Adair, aged 19, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine at Bolton Crown Court last month.
His co-defendants Ben Dowie, aged 22, and William Truesdale, aged 40, both of Bolton, were also due to be sentenced after pleading guilty to a number of drugs charges.
Mad Dog’s wife Gina and four children moved to Bolton last year to avoid Loyalist in-fighting in Belfast.
Mrs Adair was initially charged with drug offences along with her son, but they were dropped.
