A petition has been launched in an effort to clear the name of former Irish army captain James Kelly, one of five men acquitted in the 1970 arms trial.

Despite the fact that the late Mr Kelly was found not guilty of trying to import arms into the North, his career still suffered and his family and friends say he never recovered from the ordeal.
