Taoiseach to propose anti terrorism measures

The Taoiseach has said he will be bringing a package of anti-terrorism measures to next week's EU summit.

Speaking at the White House in Washington, Bertie Ahern denied the US was dictating EU policy on the war against terror and said the Irish Presidency was setting the pace.
