McCreevy says decentralisation will be implemented in full

The Minister for Finance, Charlie McCreevy, is insisting that there's no going back on decentralisation.

Speaking at the 68th Fianna Fáil Ard Fheis, Mr McCreevy said the process was already well underway, with 680 submissions identifying suitable sites for Government departments received so far.
