Gardaí arrest two for fatal stabbing in Drogheda

Gardaí have arrested two people in connection with the investigation into the fatal stabbing of 26-year-old Clint Wall, of Rathsallagh Park, Shankill, last Tuesday.

Mr Wall was found lying at the side of Marsh Road, Drogheda, bleeding from his abdomen.

He was rushed to hospital and underwent emergency surgery, but died yesterday morning at 11am.

A man and a woman, both in their 30s, were arrested last night in the Arklow area.

They are detained under Section Four of the Criminal Justice Act at Arklow and Wicklow stations.
