75% of disabilities services 'sub-standard'

A study commissioned by the National Disability Authority has reportedly found that three-quarters of services for people with physical and mental handicaps in Ireland are sub-standard.

Reports this morning said the study had found that just 25% of services met the Department of Health’s standards.
