Waterford Gardaí seek help in missing persons case

Gardaí in Waterford have appealed for help in tracing the whereabouts of a 30-year-old man who hasn’t been seen in five weeks.

Richard Lucas, from Central Avenue, went missing on January 14.

He is described as 5’10", of medium build, with short, brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, he was wearing a cream and navy jacket, black denim jeans and black shoes.
