Flynn faces fresh allegations

Padraig Flynn is being accused of tipping-off property developer Tom Gilmartin about tax breaks on land in Dublin in 1988 - before the Government had announced them.

The Sunday Business Post says the revelations were found in documents it obtained, which have been submitted to the Mahon Tribunal on planning corruption.
