The 62-year-old man who died after being hit by a tractor in Co Galway last night has been named as Jim Callen from Kilkerrin, in Ballinasloe.

The 62-year-old man who died after being hit by a tractor in Co Galway last night has been named as Jim Callen from Kilkerrin, in Ballinasloe.

Mr Callen was walking near his home when the accident happened at about 7.30pm.
