Empey lashes DUP devolution proposal

A senior member of the Ulster Unionist Party has launched a scathing attack on the DUP’s proposals for the future of government in the North.

Reg Empey said the "Devolution Now" document published by the DUP last week showed that it had abandoned its pledge to smash Sinn Féin and was now proposing to share power with the party.
