Dublin Port Tunnel 'unable to cope with congested traffic'

The ventilation system installed in the €650m Dublin Port Tunnel is reportedly inadequate to cope with congested traffic.

Reports this morning said access to the tunnel would have to be carefully controlled to avoid a fire hazard due to the poor ventilation.
