Laws planned to tackle mobile use while driving

Legislation banning the use of mobile phones while driving is set to be introduced in the Dáil before the end of next month.

Reports today said Transport Minister Seamus Brennan was monitoring the effects of an identical ban in Britain before finalising his Road Traffic Bill.
