Methadone programme 'leading teenagers into life of addiction'

The Government methadone programme may be leading teenagers into a life of addiction and crime, according to a study published today.

The study, published by the voluntary organisation The Wheel, said the €50m methadone programme was a barrier to recovery from heroin addiction.
