Former residents of the Baltimore Fisheries School in west Cork are seeking a face-to-face meeting with a senior Government minister following publication of the Child Abuse Commission’s latest interim report.

The report, published last Friday, revealed incidences of physical and sexual abuse at the industrial school during the 1930s and 1940s.
