Labour Euro candidates launch campaigns

The Labour Party’s European election candidates in the Dublin constituency have officially launched their campaigns.

Prionsias de Rossa is seeking re-election as an MEP for Dublin in June, while Trinity College lecturer Ivana Bacik is also standing for Labour in the capital.

Speaking at the launch of their campaigns today, both candidates said equality for working people in Europe would be their number-one priority.
