Labour calls for deputy pathologist appointment

The Labour Party has called on the Government to appoint a deputy state pathologist without delay to assist Dr Marie Cassidy with her increased workload.

Party spokesman Joe Costello said the failure to appoint a deputy state pathologist could affect the investigation of murder cases.
