Croke Park seminar on advertising and children
A seminar is taking place that will help bring forward a code of practice for radio and television advertising aimed at children.
80 children and young people, aged from eight to 17, are taking part in the event at Croke Park, which is being organised by the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland and the National Children's Office.
Chief Executive of the BCI, Michael O'Keeffe, says it's an important part of the process, and brings us closer to having in practice a working code for children’s advertising.
