The National Roads Authority was reportedly concerned about the potential for accidents on the Co Tipperary road where four members of the same family died in a crash yesterday.

Reports this morning said the road was identified as a cause for concern by the NRA because it was 4.5 metres wide, largely straight and with good sight-lines in either direction.
