SIPTU officials meet to discuss transport plans

SIPTU officials are meeting in Dublin today to discuss the possibility of co-ordinated industrial action by the union’s members in Aer Rianta and CIÉ.

Workers in both companies are currently involved in separate campaigns against the Government's plans to abolish the two firms.
