The PSNI Chief Constable Hugh Orde has said that the two pipe bombs found in north Belfast last night are directly linked to the loyalist rioting at Maghaberry jail in Co Antrim.

The PSNI Chief Constable Hugh Orde has said that the two pipe bombs found in north Belfast last night are directly linked to the loyalist rioting at Maghaberry jail in Co Antrim.

He believes the pipe bombs were part of a plan by loyalists to disrupt the community.
