Cowen criticises Israeli barrier

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Brian Cowen, has criticised the separation barrier that Israel is building in the West Bank.

Minister Cowen is in Tel Aviv and has pointed out that the EU is unhappy with the route of the barrier.
