Publication launched to aid compliance with data protection

A new publication has been launched by the Tánaiste, Mary Harney, to help businesses comply with Irish data protection laws.

It has been published in the wake of significant changes to Ireland's data protection landscape and is designed to aid business compliance in relation to compiling, storing and using individuals' records.
