Two men are being questioned in connection with a shooting in Limerick last night.

Two men are being questioned in connection with a shooting in Limerick last night.

Six bullets were reportedly fired at houses on Lenihan Avenue in the city shortly after 8pm last night.

Although the homes were occupied, no one was injured.

The two men are being held under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Roxboro and Henry Street Garda stations.
