EU security strategy to be outlined in Dublin

EU foreign policy envoy Javier Solana is due to outline details of his security strategy for the union in Dublin later today.

The presentation will be made at the Forum on Europe on Dublin Castle.

The security strategy was adopted by EU leaders last month.
