Govt plays down possibility of Treaty of Dublin

The Government is playing down the possibility of a Treaty of Dublin being agreed during Ireland’s EU presidency.

Differences between Germany and Poland over voting rights in the draft EU constitution are expected to delay a final agreement on the document.
