Offaly gardaí seek help in missing persons case

Gardaí in Co Offaly have appealed for help from the public in tracing the whereabouts of a 43-year-old man who has been missing for eight months.

Declan Nolan, from Rhode in Co Offaly, is described as six foot tall, of slim build, with black hair and a beard.
