INO: 'We must retain Irish nurses here'

The Irish Nurses Organisation has welcomed the Government’s decision to allow the spouses of non-EU nurses to work in Ireland.

The Government had been under pressure to take the decision for some time because of an exodus of Filipino nurses whose husbands were denied work permits.
