Irish aid agency Trócaire is appealing to members of the public to make a donation to the fund for the victims of the recent Iran earthquake.
One hundred thousand people have been left homeless as a result of the quake and Trócaire has already spent €100,000 on blankets and temporary shelters to help people in the city of Bam survive sub zero temperatures at night.
