Tánaiste welcomes Injury Assesment Bill

Tánaiste Mary Harney today welcomed the passing of the Personal Injuries Assessment Bill by both houses of Oireachtas.

The Bill provides for the establishment of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board on a statutory basis.
