Cory unhappy at publication delay, claims reports
Judge Peter Cory is reported to have contacted the British government to register his anger that it has not published the four northern sections of the report.
The SDLP and Sinn Féin, along with the families of Pat Finucane and Rosemary Nelson, have been extremely critical of the British government's decision not to publish for the time being.
The brother of murdered Armagh solicitor, Rosemary Nelson, says the family is disgusted that so far the report into her murder remains secret.
Eunan Magee said the way they were being treated beggared belief and was causing additional worry and distress.
Michael Finucane, Pat Finucane's son, who witnessed the murder, said the family felt let down and angry.
The SDLP said it would back Judge Cory if he went public now and insisted that the families should not be left in the dark over Christmas.
