The Minister for Justice says that, in refusing to publish the Nally report on the Omagh bombing, he's preventing further Provisional and Continuity IRA attacks which he says are being planned.

Minister Michael McDowell has also refuted claims that the report was not thorough and that it should have been shown to the North's Ombudsman Nuala O'Loan.
