A past President of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has died at his home aged 65 years.

A past President of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has died at his home aged 65 years.

Noel Clear served as national president from 1996 - 2002.

He worked with the Probation and Welfare Service until his retirement in October 2001.
