Jobs, growth and research key Irish priorities for EU presidency

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, has today outlined what his priorities will be when Ireland takes over the EU Presidency in just three weeks time.

Speaking at Dublin Castle this morning, Mr Ahern said that creating jobs, economic growth and improving on research would be the Government's key priorities.
