Chemical firm to let 50 go in Kilkenny

A chemical firm has announced 50 job losses in the south-east.

The redundancies are at the Eastman Chemical Company in Carrigeen, Co Kilkenny.

The Tánaiste is being asked to intervene to try and prevent the job losses.
