Brennan to unveil new rail timetable in Dublin
Iarnród Éireann will launch its new extended timetable for rail customers at Connolly Station, Dublin tomorrow.
The revised timetable will result in the significant expansion of services for customers on commuter, inter-city and regional rail lines.
The Minister for Transport, Séamus Brennan, will also announce details of a major new investment drive to secure additional rolling stock (railcars) to further increase the expanding commuter fleet.
Iarnróid Éireann has invested €1.3bn in the rail network and service as part of its ‘On Track’ programme.
