Nurses 'suffering high level of burnout'

Nurses and midwives are suffering from higher levels of burnout and job dissatisfaction than other professions, according to a study conducted by the Irish Nurses Organisation.

The INO claimed hundreds of nurses were leaving their jobs because of poor working environments and a lack of career development.
