Man still in custody after fatal Dublin shooting
Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question a 23-year-old man arrested yesterday in connection with the death of another man following a shooting on Tuesday.
Twenty-four-year-old Jason Tolan died in hospital shortly after being shot in the leg in the Mulhuddart area of the city at around 4pm on Tuesday.
Mr Tolan had links to the so-called Westies gang in west Dublin.
A 22-year-old woman was also arrested yesterday in connection with the incident, but was later released without charge.
Reports this morning said gardaí believed they had uncovered the shotgun used in the shooting during house searches on Tuesday night.
