Rabbitte confronts McCreevy over funding

The Labour Leader, Pat Rabbitte, has said Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy has questions to answer over appearing to favour initiatives that benefit his own constituents.

Mr Rabbitte was commenting after it emerged that Minister McCreevy approved nearly €7m for a leisure centre in Punchestown after having originally provided over €6m.
