Roscommon car accident kills one

A man has been killed in an accident in Roscommon overnight.

The man, in his 40s, died when his vehicle was in a collision with a wall in Fuerty just after 11.30pm.

He is believed to be from the locality, but gardaí are withholding his name until all next of kin are informed.
