Labour sceptical about house price slowdown

The Labour Party has given a cautious response to figures highlighting a continuing slowdown in the rate of house price increases last month.

The latest Permanent-TSB house price index showed that average prices increased by just 0.5% last month, bringing the increase so far this year to 9.4%.
