Travel over the Bank Holiday weekend is set for disruption after Aer Lingus cabin crew decided to proceed with industrial action after a Labour Court hearing failed to end a dispute with management.

The two 24-hour work stoppages by 1,000 Impact union crew members will take place on Thursday and Monday.
