€4bn 'hidden away in offshore accounts'

The Green Party is calling for serious questions to be asked of the Central Bank over why banks and financial institutions were allowed to offer offshore financial products.

The party's spokesperson on finance, Dan Boyle maintains the Central Bank needs to be questioned on the lack of regulatory control and the fact that these financial packages were publicly advertised.
