Nurses may strike over car parking

Officials from the Irish Nurses Organisation are due to meet later today to discuss the possibility of industrial action over car parking spaces at St Vincent’s Hospital in Dublin.

Hospital officials have reduced the number of spaces available in the staff car park and nurses who want to use a new multi-storey facility are being asked to pay €700-a-year.
